This Site is not an e-commerce website.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. It may take 3-10 business days for order processing. (Indivisualized tinctures may take up to 2 weeks after the initial consultation/order).

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up.

Due to the nature of the products and small manufacturing, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

All materials are quality tested, or certified organic from reliable sources/suppliers or ethically harvested in Pacific North West.

Natural materials like plants tend to vary in colors depending on harvesting time, locations and climate. 9 cannot guarantee that the color of the products you receive is accurate as display and images on the Site. Your computer monitor’s display of any color may be slightly different from the actual products. This does not affect the quality of the products.

Due to unexpected climates, pandemic or any other situations, you may experience delays or discontinuance of the service or products.
